codeship and heroku thinking

I think, if codeship can support a differnt .gitignore, we can remove dist from this file, but our local .gitignore still have it, that should be fine.

Because I did find this "codeship gitignore" file, My ugly solution is: remove "dist" from your .gitignore file and manually delete your local "dist" folder before pushing to github. Meantime, remove your buildpack from heroku. Then codeship should build your "dist" folder and push to heroku.
