macbook very slow kernel_task cpu high usage


if your macbook is very slow and you found kernel_task has 300%+ usage, then you can solve it by this:


Open a terminal, then run:

cd /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources
In the same terminal, then run:

Open .


Then you need check your macbook name by:





then back to the finder window which is opened previously,  and find a .plist file when the same name as your macbook. delete it and restart your computer.
